Ingredients for 4 glases

  • 190g rice- or millet amazake (1/2 jar)
  • 350ml water (1 jar)
  • 30g rice syrup (1 Tbsp.)
  • 50g carob nut spread (1 1/2 Tbsp.)
  • a pinch of white sea salt

 

 
Choco Shake


     Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil
  2. Simmer for 2 minutes to allow the flavours to blend
  • Serve ice cold with a small scoop of sugar-free vanilla ice cream
