Ingredients for 4 glases
190g rice- or millet amazake (1/2 jar)
350ml water (1 jar)
30g rice syrup (1 Tbsp.)
50g carob nut spread (1 1/2 Tbsp.)
a pinch of white sea salt
Choco Shake
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil
Simmer for 2 minutes to allow the flavours to blend
Serve ice cold with a small scoop of sugar-free vanilla ice cream
