Ingredients for 4 or 5 persons
380g rice of milletamazake (1 jar)
350ml water (1 jar)
1/4 tsp. vanilla or a few drops vanilla extract
10g cornflour or kuzu (1 Tbsp.) + a little water to dissolve
a pinch of white seasalt
garnish of sliced roasted almonds and strawberries
Vanilla Pudding
Method:
Bring the amazake, water, vanilla and salt to a boil whilst stirring
Dissolve the corn flour or kuzu in a little cold water then add to the hot mix stirring until thick
Serve with roasted sliced almonds and strawberries,
