Ingredients for 4 or 5 persons

  • 380g rice or oat amazake (1 jar)
  • 350ml water (1 jar)
  • 7 - 10g cocoa powder (1 - 2 Tbsp.)
  • 10g corn flour or kuzu (1 Tbsp.) + a little water
  • a pinch of white sea salt

 

 
Chocolate Pudding


    Method:

  1. Bring the amazake, water and salt to a boil whilst stirring
  2. Dissolve the cocoa powder in a little cold water and add to the mixture
  3. Dissolve the corn flour or kuzu in a little cold water then add to the hot mix and stir until thick
  • Make a tasty variation by adding 20g hazelnut spread (1Tbsp.) + 1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
  • Serve this pudding with a topping of either strawberries, chopped roasted nuts, slices of kiwi or orange or almond sauce
