Ingredients for 4 or 5 persons
380g rice or millet amazake (1 jar)
350 ml water (1 jar)
20 - 40 g almondspread (1 or 2 Tbsp.)
5 g cornflour, or kuzu (1 tsp.)
+ a little water to dissolve
2 pinches of white seasalt
garnish: roasted almond slices and strawberries
Almond Custard
Method:
Bring amazake, water, salt and almondpaste to boil while stirring
Dissolve cornflour in some water to thicken
Garnish with the roasted almond slices and strawberries or serve with
coffeedressing
