Ingredients for 12 Pancakes
450 g white flour (3 bowls)
18 g baking powder or tartaric acid ( 3 tsp.)
60 g roasted sesameseed (5 Tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. white sea salt
180 g rice, millet or oatamazake (1/2 jar)
1/2 tsp. vanillapowder
10 g sunflower, corn or sesame oil (1 Tbsp.)
720 ml water (2 jars)
120 g currants (3/4 bowl)
100 g ricesirup (4 Tbsp.)
oil for baking
Sweet Sesame Pancakes
Preparation:
Mix flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder
Stir in the oil, rice syrup, amazake, currants and roasted seeds
Add water until it becomes a liquid batter
Bake on both sides lightly brown with 1 Tbsp. oil
