Ingredients for 12 Pancakes

  • 450 g white flour (3 bowls)
  • 18 g baking powder or tartaric acid ( 3 tsp.)
  • 60 g roasted sesameseed (5 Tbsp.)
  • 1/2 tsp. white sea salt
  • 180 g rice, millet or oatamazake (1/2 jar)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanillapowder
  • 10 g sunflower, corn or sesame oil (1 Tbsp.)
  • 720 ml water (2 jars)
  • 120 g currants (3/4 bowl)
  • 100 g ricesirup (4 Tbsp.)
  • oil for baking

 

 
Sweet Sesame Pancakes


    Preparation:

  1. Mix flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder
  2. Stir in the oil, rice syrup, amazake, currants and roasted seeds
  3. Add water until it becomes a liquid batter
  4. Bake on both sides lightly brown with 1 Tbsp. oil
