Method:

In a bowl mix the flour, ground almonds, tartaric acid, salt and oil

Add rice syrup and amazake until you get a thick pourable batter (adding water if necessary)

Add the strawberries and cherries

Oil 15 muffin tins and each one with muffin batter
Cook the muffins in the middle of the oven and cover, if needed, after 30 minutes with baking foil to retain moisture
