Method:

In a bowl mix the oil, amazake, vanilla and egg

In another bowl mix the salt, tartaric acid, cocoa powder, flour and walnuts

Mix the contents of both bowls together and leave to rest for half an hour

Oil a baking tray and shape each biscuit on the tray using a wet spoon and fork

Bake in the oven for about 40- 45 minutes at 180ºC (gas mark 5)
